- Blue Skies offers lessons to become a certified recreational or private pilot.
- How long will it take to become a certified pilot?
- To earn your private pilot license, you must complete at least 40 hours of flying, but you can earn your recreational license in as little as 30 hours.
- What are the differences between a recreational and a private license?

- What aircraft will I be certified to fly?
- You will be certified to fly small aircraft. At Blue Skies, we train using a Cessna 152, Cessna 172, Piper Warrior, and a Piper Tomahawk.
- Are there certain physical or medical conditions I need to be aware of?
- Not really, however pilots should be in good physical health and able to handle the very rare incidents that may occur during a flight.
- How safe is it?
